3alSaleem منصة لإعلانات السيارات والعقارات في مصر، تربط المعلنين بالمشترين. توضح هذه الصفحة البيانات التي نجمعها وكيف نستخدمها وحقوقك عليها.

الموقع
لا نتتبع موقعك في الخلفية. يُطلب الموقع أثناء استخدام التطبيق فقط عندما تختار تحديد موقع إعلانك على الخريطة، ويمكنك رفض الإذن وإدخال المنطقة يدوياً.
كيف نستخدم بياناتك
- تشغيل الحساب والإعلانات والمحادثات والإشعارات.
- مراجعة الإعلانات والبلاغات وتوثيق البائعين ومكافحة الاحتيال.
- الدعم الفني وتحسين التطبيق.
لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات المستهدفة أو لتتبعك عبر تطبيقات أخرى.
مع من نشارك البيانات
- للمستخدمين الآخرين: ما تنشره في إعلانك فقط (الصور، التفاصيل، اسمك أو اسم نشاطك، ورقم التواصل الذي تضعه في الإعلان)، والأسئلة العلنية وأجوبتها.
- مزوّد البنية التقنية: Google Firebase (المصادقة وقاعدة البيانات والتخزين والإشعارات والتحليلات)، وتُخزَّن البيانات على خوادم Google. قاعدة البيانات في مركز بيانات أوروبي (فرانكفورت).
- الجهات الرسمية: عند وجود التزام قانوني أو أمر مختص.
مدة الاحتفاظ
نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك قائماً. عند حذف حسابك نحذف ملفك الشخصي وإعلاناتك وصورها ومحادثاتك ومستندات التوثيق والبيانات المرتبطة بها. قد نحتفظ لفترة محدودة بما يلزم لمعالجة بلاغ أو نزاع قائم أو التزام قانوني.
حقوقك
- تعديل بياناتك من حسابي ← الإعدادات.
- حذف حسابك وبياناتك نهائياً من حسابي ← الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب.
- إيقاف الإشعارات من إعدادات التطبيق أو إعدادات iOS.
- طلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو الاعتراض على معالجتها بمراسلتنا.
إن كان لديك حساب قديم برقم هوية مسجّل وتريد إنشاء حساب جديد، راسل الدعم ليحذف الحساب القديم أولاً.
الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 سنة، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن علم.
الأمان
نستخدم اتصالات مشفّرة، وقواعد وصول تمنع المستخدمين من قراءة بيانات غيرهم، وتحقق من سلامة التطبيق (App Check). لا يوجد نظام محصّن بالكامل، لذا لا تشارك كلمة مرورك مع أحد.
التعديلات
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وسننشر النسخة الجديدة هنا مع تاريخ التحديث.

Privacy Policy (English)
Who we are
3alSaleem is a marketplace for cars and real estate in Egypt that connects sellers with buyers. This page explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Data we collect

Location
We do not track your location in the background. Location is requested while you use the app only when you choose to place your listing on the map; you can decline and enter the area manually.
How we use your data
- Running accounts, listings, chats and notifications.
- Reviewing listings and reports, verifying sellers and fighting fraud.
- Support and improving the app.
We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for targeted advertising or to track you across other apps.
Who we share data with
- Other users: only what you publish in your listing (photos, details, your name or business name, the contact number you add) and public questions with their answers.
- Infrastructure provider: Google Firebase (authentication, database, storage, notifications, analytics). Data is stored on Google servers; the database is in a European data center (Frankfurt).
- Authorities: when required by law or a competent order.
Retention
We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account we delete your profile, listings and their images, conversations, verification documents and related data. We may keep limited information needed to handle an open report or dispute or to meet a legal obligation.
Your rights
- Edit your details in Account → Settings.
- Permanently delete your account and data in Account → Settings → Delete account.
- Turn off notifications in app settings or iOS settings.
- Ask us for a copy of your data, correction, or to object to processing by writing to us.
If you have an old account tied to an ID number and want to open a new one, contact support so the old account is deleted first.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Security
We use encrypted connections, access rules that stop users reading each other's data, and app integrity checks (App Check). No system is perfectly secure, so never share your password.
Changes
We may update this policy and will publish the new version here with its date.
